First Steps

Isn't it the truth? Sometimes the first steps are the hardest and then after awhile, it's just routine. These photos are from when I first purchased my house and Brindy (from Naples) had her first litter. The stairs were the biggest challenge. It wasn't long before they were running up and down them.
Awhile back I blogged about what I know about Pura Vida, I learned from my dogs. It's still true.

It simply doesn't GET any cuter than that! And there's Hootie, too, with his face in the kibble...

Dear James Bond 1968? (aka "Pura Vida"),
It takes a whole lot to make me "angry". Sharing emails is out of my control and if you want to pass it along, there's not much I can do except be careful what I write. No problem.

Peggy, That's Hootie (the bird). He came to Costa Rica with me but took flight about two years ago in January. His wings were clipped but obviously, not enough. I hope he is flying high with the Lapas. I always look up for him and listen for his PEEPING. He peeped like the microwave only 10 times louder. Things sure have been quiet without him and I still miss the little prick. Teri

Every day is saturday to a dog. A song from the reach around rodeo clowns. Lucky little fellers. My parrot is flying some where in the redwoods hope Marley's not cold. M
